ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

Special rates have been made for the ACTC2019 Meeting participants at the Corfu Holiday Palace.
Participants are recommended to reserve accommodation as soon as possible through the Meeting Secretariat.

• Single room with breakfast – Sea View or Lake View (depending on the availability): 140€ *
• Double room with breakfast – Sea View or Lake View (depending on the availability): 160€*

*The Overnight tax which was introduced by the Greek Government from the 1st of January 2018, it is payable from the client directly to the hotel upon check in (4€ per room per night for 5* hotels).

Cancellation Policy

Written notification is required for all cancellations and changes to your itinerary.
Cancellation received before August 31st, 2019   50% refund.
Cancellation received after August 31st, 2019      No refund applies.

All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Symposium.
